Many people are relying more on the Internet to find services for their mortgage needs.  Likewise, agents and brokers are looking to Internet mortgage leads to find these prospective clients.  Mortgage leads may target a specific area of mortgage issues or they may include all types of mortgages.  In either case, they will help a business find motivated parties interested in its information.

Some services may even guarantee their mortgage loan leads with a replacement policy that allows an agent to trade a bad lead for a new one.  Safeguards such as these help ensure that the agent is indeed getting a qualified lead.  Some services may also sell exclusive leads while others will sell leads for usually a limited amount of buyers.  If it sells leads more than ten times, it may not be a reliable company.  Also, a service that does not have to rely on incentivizing or gimmicks will probably be a better choice for getting leads.
